Healthily Ever After

Helpful & Recipe E-books 

Healthily Ever After was the name of my first e-book because my ethos is about living a healthy, balanced, sustainable life.

In it I shared everything I had learnt over the years as to how you get there. 

 

I also shared some recipes and received a great reaction as to how easy they were to follow, so I decided to do a few follow up e-books of just recipes!

Fitness and food are two of my biggest passions in life. 

I love cooking, I love running, I love the gym, I love learning more about it all and I love sharing it and hopefully motivating someone along the way.

Since the first e-book I have studied Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer courses and am now qualified just waiting on completing my practical's. 

 

I have also had a baby and had 50lb to lose!

I know how it feels to struggle with your weight and not know where to start, I hope the tools in the books give you that helping hand.

And talking of my gorgeous boy.  That's where ebook number 3 came from! 18 recipes that your little one will LOVE!
